Delivery
Delivery is deemed to take place when the goods are delivered to your nominated delivery address, whereupon the risk of loss, breakage and damage passes to you. Ownership of the goods does not pass to you until payment is received in full by JJB Sports.
Some postal addresses in Northern Ireland, some offshore islands and some remote areas of Great Britain may not be covered by our delivery services and we may not be able to arrange delivery of some items to such addresses. You will be notified of this when you place your order. Customers awaiting deliveries to Northern Ireland may need to wait an extra day to receive their order.
Whilst we make every effort to deliver goods on the day we specify, we cannot guarantee delivery on that day or accept liability for deliveries made outside this timescale. The standard service is delivery within 48 hours of dispatching the order.
JJBSports.com offer FREE UK STANDARD delivery for all orders valued at £25. Exceptions to Standard delivery apply on certain items of Fitness Equipment, Sports Equipment and Bikes which are priced in excess of £25. Where a delivery charge applies to such items, the charge will be stated clearly in the product text and at the checkout stage of the buying process.
JJB Sports do not offer a Saturday Delivery service to Ireland.
All items are subject to stock availability. If for any reason the goods are no longer available we will notify you immediately and either:
- give you the option of receiving alternative goods of similar price and quality; or
- cancel the item from your order and refund you in full.
When we deliver your items you will be asked to sign for the goods to acknowledge that you have received them. All deliveries will require signed proof of delivery. Goods can be left at the delivery address with someone other than the purchaser as long as a signature and printed name is signed by the receiver. Goods will only be left with a neighbour if prior arrangement has been made with the carrier by phoning 01772 456925. If the carrier is unable to deliver the goods they will be held by the carrier and a card left stating that a delivery was attempted. No goods will be left in sheds, garages, gardens or outhouses. A member of the UPS Customer Services staff will contact the customer to make alternative delivery arrangements. Re-delivery will be attempted for a maximum of two occasions. If a parcel is still undelivered it will be returned to the Sports Fulfilment Centre and the customer will be notified of its return. The customer will be responsible for the cost of the return.
At JJB Sports we are committed to providing our customers with the highest quality products. All goods are warranted to be generally free from defects in workmanship and materials and fit for the purposes for which such goods would normally be used. However, on rare occasions products may be found to be faulty or defective and in keeping with our commitment to providing customers with excellent service, we offer the returns facility set out below.
Customers ordering shirts which require printing need to allow one extra day for delivery. European / International customers may be required by their country to pay duties and / or taxes before they receive their delivery. These rates vary by country. Please take note of this extra cost as it is not included in your purchase or shipping costs. This is based on your country's policies and is something over which we have no control. We recommend that for specific advice on Customs procedures you contact HM Customs and Excise on 0845 010 9000.
Overseas Delivery
We deliver to the following countries: Belgium, Holland (The Netherlands), Republic of Ireland, Luxembourg, France, Germany, Austria, Denmark, Finland, Greece, Italy, Portugal (excluding Azores and Maderia), Spain (excluding Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla), Sweden, Channel Islands (Guernsey), Channel Islands (Jersey), Gibraltar, Canada, United States, Australia, South Africa, New Zealand, Cyprus, Malta, Norway, Switzerland
Pre-Orders
At certain times of the year there is the opportunity for customers to place a “Pre-Order” to enable them to order and pay for replica kit products and have the products delivered to the delivery address of their choice on the official launch date. If a customer places such an order and also orders other products from the website the order will only be processed in its entirety and despatched to the delivery address to meet the launch date of the pre-order item(s). If a customer wishes to order items for immediate processing and despatch they will need to order them separately from any items included in the pre-order facility.
Shirt Printing
JJB reserve the right to reject any returns which have been personalised with a name / number on football replica shirts. Customers must also be warned that any requests to print swear words / slander / nicknames will be rejected and will receive a shirt without printing.
Returns Policy
If for any reason supporters are unhappy with their purchase, they may return it within 28 days of receipt in an unused/unworn condition along with the original packaging and a valid receipt. In this case we will offer a full refund. This does not affect your statutory rights. If goods are returned after the 28 day period we will offer an exchange of goods up to the value of the original purchase. To arrange return of goods, telephone the UPS/JJB Sports Helpdesk on +44 (0)1772456925 or the Rangers Customer Services line on 0871 641 2295. If you wish to return via your own devices you must choose a method of postage which provides a unique consignment number for reference and which also provides a tracking facility. Customers must fill in the returns reasons form which is sent out with each order. Please note that postage returns costs will only be refunded if the stock which was purchased is deemed to be faulty. Return postage costs will not be refunded for items which were ordered in the wrong size.
When returning any products the customer is required to return any additional products which they receive as part of an offer for buying a certain product (for example “Buy one get one free”). When returning goods which are made up of several components, all the components must be present which were sent with the original purchase. Video cassettes and DVDs can only be returned if faulty. Postal charges incurred are the responsibility of the customer. If any genuine fault or error has occurred in the first stage of packaging, with proof, then postage and packaging costs will be refunded. We are unable to refund or exchange a custom printed shirt or accept responsibility if a player leaves the club or changes his squad number. Customised shirts can only be returned if they are faulty. Unsuitable sizes cannot be returned.
European customers can take goods which they wish to return to us to any post office in their own country but they must use a returns service with a tracking facility and they must supply us with a consignment number. Alternatively they can call the UPS/JJB Sports Help Line on +44 (0)1772456925 to arrange return. Rangers Football Club/JJB Sports will not accept responsibility for any goods returned to us which are sent without the use of a track and trace service or without an official consignment number.
International customers can use any local courier service for goods they wish to return to us but they must use a returns service with a tracking facility and they must supply us with a consignment number. Alternatively they can call the UPS/JJB Sports Help Line on +44 (0)1772456925 to arrange return. Please note that relevant insurance against loss and/or damage should be used wherever needed. Rangers Football Club/JJB Sports will not accept responsibility for any goods returned to us which are sent without the use of a track and trace service or without an official consignment number.
Please note that the following items are non returnable unless damaged on receipt - sports bottles, bibs, screwball glass, straws, feeder bottle, soothers, training mug, twist top flask, crest tumbler, party blowouts, underwear.
Watches and clocks have a 24 month warranty. If you experience problems with watches or clocks please return them to: Returns Department, SEKONDA, Alexander House, Chartwell Drive, Wigston, Leicester LE18 2EZ. You will need to enclose the product guarantee, a brief description of the fault and an address to return the product to.
Stock Availability
We regularly update our stock levels and remove any items that will not be coming back into stock. Please come back and visit the store again soon to check availability or fill in the Out Of Stock Notification form on the product page of your choice. You'll then receive an email once the product arrives in our warehouse.
Unfortunately, from time to time we will run out of stock on certain items. When this happens we will remove them from the website so users cannot order these products, this avoids disappointment when we can’t fulfil their request.
Delivery Services
Delivery timescales work from when an order is processed. If an order is placed before midday then the order will be processed on that day. If an order is placed after 2pm then the order will not get processed until the following working day. Please note that orders are not processed between noon on a Friday until 9.00am on a Monday. Orders are not processed on Bank Holidays.
